Vodafone TV connect never ordered but active.

Hi Vodafone Community Team,

 
In October I have received a Vodafone GigaTV Cable with other things inside and apparently a Vodafone TV Connect contract which I have not subscribed for and I have returned the package via DHL as written in the instruction.
 
I send an email to widerruf@vodafone.com asking to cancel everything (I read to do so in the attacched flyer that was sent to me) and asking if they needed more (in my bad German). I didn't receive an answer and thought everything was good. I received a confirmation that my package was returned and I was relief.
 
A couple of days ago I was billed for this Vodafone connect, even if I asked for cancelation. I kindly ask  to cancel the contract because I have not opted this package(Vodafone TV connect package ).I do not even have a television at my home. I think there was some misunderstanding and I read through this community that is already happened to someone. Can you also please provide me details about my consent for this vodafone TV connect? I really feel troubled and unfair because I have not raised a request for vodafone connect and I cannot affort to pay it. As said I don't have a television and I returned everything in time as requested.  Please help me to resolve this confusion and issue ASAP. Thank you very much.

Hi all,

 

please I really need help on this. 

I send a bank transfer for my internet contract but since I didn't specify the contract it was use for the TV one.

I never ordere this TV contract as I said I do not have a TV, I think it was a wrong consultation on the phone in German.  

 

Now I ended up being late for the internet payment, since the money was using otherwise, but I do not consent the money used to be paied a contract I did not authorized.

I'm very happy about the internet service, I already send many requests to clarify this GIGA TV/Vodafone connect problem, please I would like this to be solved soon.
