Hi,
I know the best would be to call the customer service via phone, but I dont speak German very well, and every communication via phone is very problematic to me. I was wondering if you could help me here.

My Vodafone contracts are expiring and I would like to extend it by having better conditions than the default. I have received the promo offer via email: BewohnerPlus-Vorteile, which seems interesting to me as well. Anyway, I would like to talk with someone (who speaks English eventually) about options which I could have. 
Is there any way that some of the sales-agents is looking into this forum and could help me? Please advice me

i'm not sure if the offer you have is not only for new customers. You as an existing customer can only change to certain conditions.What should the tariff cost and which service should it include?

As a new customer, I had, top speed internet with a reduced price for 1st year, and I switched to 50 Mbps for 30EUR monthly. Is there any chance that I might get a similar offer for extending my contract?

Since I have already TV+internet, to close the Giga combi deal I got this offer:

Is it possible if I accept this offer that I connect this contract with my wife's mobile number? She has Vodafone prepaid number, so I would like if possible to close the combo deal by signing this contract and connecting it to the existing prepaid number (not to get the new postpaid number).

It would be amazing if you could help me with both those topics 🙂

Hello Ozzzy,

just have a look at your customer portal, there you will find offers for your contract. I can offer you a switch to Red Internet & Phone 250 Cable for 32,99 Euro per month.

The prepaid number can be changed into a contract. In order to use the GigaKombi benefits, the IBAN or the contract data must be identical with the other contract.

the offer refers to the fact that you have Internet and cable TV including GigaTV from us. You can still change your Internet & Phone tariff.

Can I then activate the presented offer: BewohnerPlus-Vorteil and get iPhone 11 pro for 14,99 EUR (24,99 EUR second year)? And also to bind the mobile contract with the current Vodafone prepaid number: *** which is now registered on my wife?

Hi Ozzzy,

the current offer for the Red S including the GigaKombi and our new customers offer is 19,99 Euro for 2 years. This offer doesn't include a new phone. With an iPhone the basic fee increases by 30 Euro/month.

Of course, you can change your CallYa number into a contract. The GigaKombi can be set, when the IBAN of both contracts (cable and mobile) is the same.
