Hello Team,
I got a call from 030577003105 and rep of Vodafone informed me there is a Vodafone TV offer which you can avail it comes with 14days return policy where in if you return device within 14days nothing will be charged to your account. Attaching email of device returned. I have also added a note to cancel my contract as it did not have channels of my interest but still I am charged which is quite unlawful and unprofessional. Kindly arrange for refund its very unlawful business from Vodafone.

it is important that you also revoke the contract if you do not want it. The return of the equipment alone is not sufficient. The easiest way is to use our contact form.
Please send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address by private message. Afterwards write me again here in the thread.

Thank you for your response but vodafone representative gave false information what about that? he told me to add a note in box "I dont like it cancel the contract" and contract will get cancelled so he lied and Vodafone lied as he was from Vodafone. If he would have made it clear I would have done that process as well immediately now how is it that you are giving an explanation only returning device does not help? I have returned device with a note as instructed by your rep, it was recorded call by my concent please listen to that recording and accept your mistake else I will have to take a legal action againt Vodafone as you have also cut money from account after sharing this false information. Please respond. Private message link shared by you does not work.

Also one more this i requested for cancellation they replied to get in touch with english speaking community on FORUM in this case how can a customer contact? and proceed? why dont you guyz disclose that at start so we will not take your service in first place. Please support and respond with a resolution you have all info now.

Thank you for your support, can you comment on refund? Who has authority to check recorded calls can add that person in thread to provide you a feedback, because without that you may never know the reality and whose fault it is.
