Good Afternoon,
I would like to cancel my contract or change it. I moved in March and in this new place there is also vodafone kabel. The owner of the contract talked to you regarding the situation and I was supposed to receive a letter from you to cancel my contract. So far I have not received anything and I do not want to continue paying for something I am not using.
Could you please send me the information by E-MAIL?
and could you please tell me again which are the steps to do so.
I would also, would like you to stop charging me for the service I am not using.
And if it is possible to complain about the current internet in my new place (***), which is going almos everyday for 5 hours.

Why I am being charge for a "Entgelt für Wiederanschluss nach Sperrung 10 €" and for a "Bearbeitungsgebühr bei Umzug 40 Euros"?
Could you explain me what does those mean and why should i pay for whatever that means?

your contract has moved with you, because you can use it at the new address. Hence the removal fee. This has nothing to do with the termination.
And because you had initially stopped making payments, the connection was blocked. Now, after paying the open items, he was unlocked again, for this the fee was calculated according to the price list.

Hello,
I moved and I am not using your services in the new addresse. Why should I pay moving reconection?
I never asked to unblock it, I am not using that conection since March, if it is block or not I don't know and don"t care.
And I cannot pay you in advanced, becuse since May you send me a different price each month, which is hard to estimate.
I am not willing to this extras for a service I am not using and also the 2.5 Euros due "zahlung ohne Bankeinzug". I have to pay by myself otherwise you take whatever amount of money from me. And also because you did not want to cancelled my contact after 2 month of trying get in contact with you.

sorry, but just because you don't want to use the connection anymore doesn't mean you can't. You have to bear the costs as if you would continue to use it regularly. Unfortunately you have to pay the bills, I can't make any exceptions.

I don't think you understand, i moved to a place with internet (also Vodafone-Kable), therefore if the connection under my name works or not, it was not of my interest nor that I used it nor I asked for a reconnection. Therefore, why will you charge me for a reconection that I don't need nor ask for? Are you allow to charge customers for services that have not being solicited?
Why you send me a Mahnung thing, when I am still talking with you about the problem. If tnere were a easy conventional way of get in contact with you things could be solve faster, but since this is the only way you response, it is not my problem.?

Hello,
as you have been told several times, it does not matter that you no longer want or use the contract. Here everyone is treated equally and your contract was terminated according to the Telecommunications Act. Until this date all resulting costs are to be carried. We do not need to discuss this any longer here, because there is no way around it.
