Unethical behavior from your representative

Dear Sir/Madam, 
I was checking my bills and I was shocked to know that you are charging me a monthly vodafone GigaTV apps fees. 
When I signed the contract with your representative, I was very clear I did not want a TV in my contract. I do not remember signing anything except for the internet contract. Could you send me a copy of the signed TV contract? I would like to see it before consulting with an expert. There is one possibility: your representative took advantage of me since I do not speak German and deceived me to sign something I did not want to sign so he can increase his commission. 
I am very disappointed at such an unethical behavior practiced by your representative. We spoke English since I do not speak German. He spoke very good English so there is no way he misunderstood what I was telling him ( I was very clear that I do not have a TV and I do not want a TV). I trusted him since he is working for a reputable company. It turned out I should not trust any representative anymore. 
Please note again that I do not have a TV and I have never used the TV service provided in the contract. 
It would be great if you could help me solve this problem by cancelling the TV contract.

Please understand that I will be cancelling all my contracts with vodafone (forever) in case you do not cancel my TV contract.

Hello Micheal,

you have a contract for the GigaTV App since May 2018. You use this service on your mobile devices. The contract has been in place for quite some time. You should also have received an order confirmation. Allow me to ask you the question: why are you only contacting us today?

I have to repeat: 

1- I  discovered that I have a TV contract by accident while I was going through your bill.

2- I have never used the TV service, I do not even have a TV. I have never used it on my mobile phone.

3- I was very clear with your rep that I do not want a TV contract. It is my mistake I truseted your representative. You are free to believe or not believe what I have written. 

 

Anyway, I do not have any legal right to correct this unethical behavior. Thus, I am cancelling all my contracts with vodafone forever. This should bring some justice. Thanks for your service.

the problem is just that you're late reporting in. We cannot do anything retroactively. As a gesture of goodwill I have terminated the contract for today, more is unfortunately not possible. Do you have any further questions?
