Hey there,
Maybe I can get some help there. Almost three month ago I cancelled my contract with Kabel Deutschland and got confirmation letter about termination since March 2019. Later call-center operator contacted me by phone with an offer to prolong contract on more favorable terms. I agreed and was promised to be send email confirmation with new terms. However, no confirmation followed, also my tariff remained the same, except that termination date now has changed. It looks like they just prolonged my contract ignoring other part of agreement and cancelled my termination.

the offer wasn't booked because there must have been something left to settle. Unfortunately the cancellation was cancelled in advance and the contract was automatically extended. How do we want to proceed now? Should the contract be terminated retroactively at the end of the term?
