Hello,
I have a problem with changing a tariff to lower speed one.

It was said that the switch to internet & phone 250 was ordered as of 5th of february 2021. But today I have got a bill where I have to pay for `Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable`.
So nothing was changed.
Is it possible to know why that happened?
Because I just do not want to pay for service/speed that is not fulfilled in my case?

Your tariff has been changed to today, you should have received an order confirmation about this. However, the billing was before the changeover date, so the previous tariff was calculated. The correction posting is made with the next invoice.
