Sorry for reaching out but
I have been a customer for over 2 years internet and mobile
I have not order the giga TV ever they charge 180 euros
I call Customer support they now cancel the contract that I never order on the first place and they say they will not refind the money for the service I never order or used
Hope you can help to clarify and I will consider not renewing my two contact if this is not fix it

I want to ask how long would this take to get resolved as 180 euros is a lot of money for me
as I said I have my SIM card and my son SIM card total over 40 euros a month 8 GB internet contract
Also I have home internet also over 40 euros a month internet 400 GB speed which I get way less but back to the point
if not fair that a call center agent decide to get a commission and set a a contract for em that I never order
the call center agent I spoke with said that he see that the tv box reciver need to wacth tv was retunr back 8 days after the contract start as I have no recived .
so for 180 euros Vodafone will lose the customer that has for over 2 years stay with Vodafona and now would consider not renew contracts so Vodafone would lose way mote then 180 euros.
I undersdtand an error happen So please advice what is the process to have my money refund to me to avoid Vodafone losing a loyal customer that would stay and pay for many more years to come to vodafone Services
