Changing Tariff

Hello,

I am having trouble changing my tariff.

I currently have 'Red Internet & Phone 500 Cable' at a lower rate for the first 12 months. When I got the contract, I was told that I can change to a different plan before the first 12 months are over (i.e. before the full cost of this plan becomes active). However, when I try to change it online (my going to 'tarif wechseln' in MeinKabel), I only get the option of 'Red Internet & Phone Business 500 Cable', without anything else to chose from.

I don't understand why I can't change so some other tariff. Say, something else from the series. Maybe a Red Internet & Phone 32 Cable.

with your tariff the change is possible. It can take place on 10.08.2018 at the earliest. If you want, we can order the conversion to Internet & Phone 32 for 29,99 Euro.
