Regarding double payment for my vodafone hotspot contract

Hello All, I booked a vodafone hotspot contract over phone and provided all my details. I was told that i will recieve an email for order confirmation and all details of contract over post. But, i didnt recieved any such email or post. I waited 4 days and later applied again via website this time. I immediatey got the email and within two days i got my contract with all the details and started using it.

But, now i am being charged for both the contract. I provided both the bill numbers on twitter and the person told me that the name on both contracts are different. I dont know what to do now.

The bill number for the contract which i am using now is: XXX.

The customer number for the contract that i havent recieved is: XXX

 

I dont want to use the other contract yet i have paid for the first month and getting support in english over telephone is very difficult. so, please provide a solution.

@Abhisar  Edit: Please don't post personal information like for example your customernumber in public. Moced from DSL to Kabel.
