I think I have applied to cancel my contract, but I'm confused as you didn't answer my question from our last conversation.

 

1. How much will it be charged if I terminate the contract?

2. How can I get a confirmation if my contract has been successfully canceled this year?

you already cancelled your contract in June 2019. Your contract expires on 19 October 2020.

I'm afraid that you didn't answer my second question... which is how much do I need to pay for the termination? 

It's amazing that your previous colleague Thomas also tried to answer all my questions, but the cost!!!

The device can be assigned the MAC address.
