I think I have applied to cancel my contract, but I'm confused as you didn't answer my question from our last conversation.

 

1. How much will it be charged if I terminate the contract?

2. How can I get a confirmation if my contract has been successfully canceled this year?

I have sent you the confirmation of cancellation to the e-mail address on file.

 

The hardware should be with us no later than 14 days after the end of the contract.
