Hi there,
I think I have applied to cancel my contract, but I'm confused as you didn't answer my question from our last conversation.
1. How much will it be charged if I terminate the contract?
2. How can I get a confirmation if my contract has been successfully canceled this year?

Hi English_speaker,
you already cancelled your contract in June 2019. Your contract expires on 19 October 2020.
