I have signed contract in March and authorized Sepa mandate but according to my bank account non of the bills have been payed. Can you please check is there problem with autorization of Sepa mandate. And how should I pay my debt to you?

Hello Josipa,

did you possibly receive a credit note at the beginning of the contract, from which the fees are currently being paid off? Or do you participate in the remaining term program? Have you looked in the customer portal to see if the bank details are available?
