Old Telephone number

HI,

I am a new customer who changed from MNET. During the conversation with your sales consultant, I was assured that I can move to vodafone with the following conditions

1. I was told that I can retain my old telephone number 

2. I will not need to pay vodafone until my MNET contract is terminated.

I moved to vodafone a month back and Today when i contacted Vodafone service desk,  they told me that My telephone number will be moved only after 1 year and until that time i will not have my old number.

This is not possible for me. My telefone number is the most import part for me.

Hi Telephone,

the phone number will be transferred to us by your previous provider at the end of the contract period. If you want to have the number before the end of the contract, you have to apply for it. We can send you a new form to transfer the number.
