No internet connection and no support from the hotline

Hello Everyone,

I'm ex-user of Kabeldeutschland.

I've no internet connection since Wednesday (December 12) and no help from the customer service hotline.

I've called the number 08005266625 twice spent 30 minutes waiting for help and without any results.

Last time the man on the line has said that you cable modem is not connected while it is connected and powered for sure.

I've not touched any cabling for already 1 year.

Moreover TV connected the same cable works fine for me.

Can someone help me with the problem?

PS:

For some reason email about charges for internet over cable also not delivered to my email since August, 2017.
