Good day!
I'm a new customer of vodafone kabel internet and I have strange issue.
A few weeks ago I've subsribed to kabel internet for my new home, I've received a new modem over DHL and everything looks in order.
But a few days ago I recieved an SMS
> Lieber Vodafone-Kunde, installieren Sie bitte in den nächsten 5 Tagen Ihren Kabel-Router. Damit aktivieren Sie Ihren Anschluss. Den Kabel-Router und eine Anleitung zur Installation finden Sie im Starter-Paket. Das haben Sie schon von uns bekommen. Freundliche Grñüe, Ihr Vodafone-Team
As I understand I should start to use internet over new modem and new address in 5 days, but I'm moving in 2 weeks.
I tried to reach anybody who speaks english by phone... but I can't.
What should I do?

if you switch to Business Internet 1000, the rate is 64,99 € per month. The option fixed IP costs 5,95 €.
Should I take care of the change?

I have one question before I say yes: right now I've discovered that then modem at bridge mode it doesn't forward IPv6.
I've digg a bit this forum and discovered that with fixed IP option it is possible to have IPv6 perfix delegation from modem when it is in bridge mode.
Can you confirm it?
To be clistar clear with `Business Internet 1000` + `fixed IP` (64,99 + 5,95 ~= €71/month) will I have:
- same speed 1000/50;
- fixed IPv4;
- fixed IPv6 range that modem will bridge to my router over dhcp6-pd or something like this.

I'd like to confirm that it'd switched and I see IPv6 at internal network. Thanks!
As I can see option WLAN is enabled. Can I ask you to dissabled it because I'm using modem at bridge mode and it doesn't mean anything 🙂

Hallo catap,
you can activate the bridge mode in your customer portal. The wifi will then deactivate itself automatically.
