Dear Vodafone,
My name is Wanlong(Custom Number: xxxxxxxxxxxx). Because of some redeployment of my job in May, I have to cancel my Vodafone contract. I sent the kündigen message to you in June and I also sent back the Router before I left at the beginning of October (Oct. 4th).
Recently, I noticed that the contract seems to be renewed and the start time is Oct.16th. Thus, could you please kindly check this for me? If this contract is still valid, please cancel it because I have aleardy left Germany for 2 months. 🙂
