Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing here as specialist from Vodafone Kundenservice asked me to do so.
I currently have the Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable plan, which started on 24/12/2016. I am leaving my current house in Berlin and moving to new house in Düsseldorf on 30th June 2018.
My new address will be: ***, 40223 Düsseldorf, DE. As Vodafone cable connection is not available at my new house I request you to terminate my current plan to have the last date as 30th June 2018.
I have attached my new house contract as proof with the email I wrote to Kudenservice to vodafone. Ticket: T20180516074JS010Z59062278. If you need me to send the hosue contract again please let me know.

There is one thing we have to clarify. Maybe we had a misunderstanding.
At your new Adress is only a bandwith over max. VDSL 50.000 kbit/s available.
If it is okay for you I need a little more data via pm from you:
1) In which floor is your flat?
2) Is your flat left, right or in the middle of the floor?
3) Do you know the name of the former tenant? With the name we have the chance that no Telekom Technician has to come to you.
