Hello,
I am moving home soon in this month. I'd like to transfer my contract to the new apartment, however I checked that Kable Deutschland is not available in my new apartment.
I tried to use umzugsservice in MeinVodafone, however it asked me to call a hotline, and my German is very bad.
Could you please help me? Thank you very much!

unfortunately we cannot offer our products at your new address. Now there are 2 possibilities.
1st. The contract can be terminated with a period of 3 months.
2nd. You will use VDSL from us in the future.

The 100M tariff is 19.99 EUR in the first 12 months and 39.99 EUR after. Will I get a new contract and pay 19.99 EUR in the beginning or will I pay 39.99 EUR in the beginning?
If I want to use VDSL, should I just apply for the contract online?

Hello Bo,
we can look after you for the termination of your cable contract here. If the DSL contract is running, i.e. if the connection was made, you inform us of the DSL customer number. We will then terminate your contract for the leap day of the DSL connection.
