Hello everyone. First of all, i'm hungarian and I was working in Germany for a several years. I didn't have internet connection in the flat where i lived. I spoke with a Vodafone worker, he said I can have a Vodafone home internet contract easily, because if I move in Germany, then i can continue my contract,if I leave Germany then probably the contract going to be cancelled (automatically?) btw in the Vodafone Shop they said the same. Well, unfortunately i had to leave Germany, and now I dont know what. I cant even reach the German Vodafone, because they are only available from German phone number as i know. The question is, does anyone know any phone number or email that i can use to talk with them about my contract? Any suggestions or experience? I'm really confused..

the most important thing is that you let us know when you move. It's very easy with our moving service. There you tell us your date and your new address or that you are moving abroad. Your contract will then be terminated according to the Telecommunications Act with a notice period of 3 months. You have to send the rental equipment back to the following address:
Vodafone Kabel Deutschland GmbH

To tell the truth, I already left Germany on July 02,but before the travel i sent everything back to the Vodafone. I mean router, cables etc. In the shop they said this is the correct way, they request the canceling because of the moving, and I sent these things back.

have you cancelled your contract before and received a confirmation of this?

we have now received your relocation notification and your contracts will be terminated with 3 months' notice, as we are no longer able to provide you with services at your new address. You will receive the confirmation by e-mail. We have also received your terminal device.

your contract ends on 25.10.2020. Then the 3 months are over.

Halo, okay, I understand it. Can you tell me how much debit left? Because i often get a notification i have open balances. As i know I paid every month, now I want to pay the debit, but I cant find the exact amount. Can you help me?

you no longer have access to the customer portal? Currently there is a balance of 18,25 Euro.
