Hi,
I moved from Germany to abroad (pemanently). Befoire leaving the coubntry I canceled the contract, ship all the equipment and provided the deregistration from the country (abmeldung).
I received an e-mail suggesting that I should open a thread here and wait for support.

thanks for your pm.
For the cable contracts you already got a confirmation, the these contracts will end today. There will be a final invoice with the total amount you have to pay.
The router and the TV-Box are already back at us.
For the mobile phone contract you will still get an answer from the responsible colleagues.
