Hi everyone!
I have recently moved from Bremen to Berlin. Therefore, I want to move my internet contract with vodafone as well. As it was before, it is nearly impossible to find someone on the hotline who can assist in English (my German, unfortunatley, is not good enough). It is even more surprising that all people I've talked to via phone were not just non-English speakers, they were quite unfriendly! For an international company, this is a shame!
Anyhow, I still want my internet at home. I did Umzugservice via the website, and apparently was deregistered to my new apartment in Berlin. However, the router I had in Bremen doesn't fit any of the connections in the new aparment in Berlin. What should I do? I would appreciate if someone can help me with this question. Ideally, I need a technician, but how can I request one (again, no English support available)? I have a vodafone kabel red tariff.

Thank you for the help. I was contacted by the company that provides technical service, and we have agreed on the date and time for a technician to come. Let's hope everything goes according to this plan.
