Moving abroad and payment

Hello, I am moving abroad and as far as I understand, the Termination of the contract will be only 3 months after my move. So, i have to pay these 3 months.

1. My Tariff is extremely high - around 50 eur per month and totally not worth it, beacuse the speed is very low and during past 3 weeks i have constant problems with it that I am not able to work from home.

Can I change the tariff so that I pay less the remaining 3 months till official cancellation? Can you offer something?

2. What documents should I provide Vodafone with additionally? I already informed about the date of move.

Hello viktoriyak11,

documents are not required, the 3 months cannot be shortened. It is simply regulated by law. Also we can't make your tariff for the last 3 months cheaper, so that less is charged. Unfortunately you will have to accept this.
