Dear community,
I recently registered my movement of address in MeinVodafone, and it seems to be approved since I got a proper e-mail. There are several problems I am currently suffered from.
First and the most important one: I am already moved, and my internet doesn't work. The router has lights for first, second, and fourth symbols (which means internet should work) but I still cannot use.
Second: I received a new Kundennummer and the letter says I need to register again, but the webpage says "Das ist keine gültige Kundennummer". I am not sure this is related to my internet problem.
Third: This has been concerned from my last address. Internet is somewhat unstable all the time. It occasionally reboots itself without any reason, and although it is not rebooted I often cannot access the internet then I need to reboot it by myself. (maybe once a day or once a two days) Is this normal? or my router maybe too old?

looks like a technician has to come to you for installation. But we can manage that. He will also look for the cable router. We can also send you the activation code.
Please send me the following data by private message:
- Customer number (old and new)
- Address (old and new)
- Date of birth
- Telephone number for the technician
- E-mail address for the activation code.

Hi Lars,
I sent you a PM. However in some reason, my internet now works although I didn't sign in with the new Kundennummer or use an activation code. Thus I don't need the technician anymore. Could you still send me the activation code and check whether my new Kundennummer works or not?
