Hello team Vodafone,
My name is Sudip Mandal and I am a customer of Vodafone broadband internet service (customer number: xxxxxxxxxx). After the end of my first year of contact, I recently requested for a downgrade of my connection speed (to 50 Mbps) as a part of my initial agreement. This new tariff was supposed to cost me 19.99€/month.
However, I got an email from Vodafone that the new cost will be 29.99€/month. Can you please clarify the situation for me?

Hi Mandal,
the price of 29,99 Euro per month is correct. This is the base price for Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable. This information should also be in your original order confirmation.
