I have tried numerous times to cancel over the last 6 months... and no luck. I have tired email, and letters in the mail with proof of my moving. Nothing. I am still being charged for a service I am not even there to use. I live out of the country and haven't lived in Germany since 2017. Please advise. I just tried to send a PM to a moderator... I need this dealt with. It is really kind of rediculous.
