Hello,
I registered for Vodafone Kabel however there was no Multimedia Dose in my apartment. When I called vodafone they said they cant do anything about it so I sent it back within 14 days.
Now I asked the Vodafone shop near my house about the internet but they said that they can get the internet fixed if the Technician comes. I have emailed the Customer Center but they only replying saying that I will need to post the question here for help.
