Leaving Germany - Discontinue internet services

Hello ,

I have to discontinue my internet services since I have to travel back to my country permanently due to an emergency. Please let me know what are the steps that needs to be followed. I can provide the de-registration form on 21st. Please let me know what else is required.

Hello @pramodc ,

since you are leaving Germany, you got a special right to cancel your contract. The cancellation period is three month, though. Vodafone may need a documentary proof of your move and/or your new adress.

the notice was already processed and confirmed on 22.02.2019. The contract ends on 29.05.2019.
