Dear all,
First, I'm sorry that my German is not so good therefore I'm writing in English. And the technician on the hotline kindly suggested me to post my question here in English.
So basically I received the Kabel router last Saturday. I chose Vodafone (KD) as the previous tenant was using the cable service from Vodafone, and in the apartment all connections for cable service is already available.
Unfortunately after I plugged in, only the top two lights on the router lit: one for the power and one written as '@'. When I connect my laptop and configure the router, it seems that there's actuanlly no internet connection.
Screenshot from router configuration and trouble shooting message can be seen below. Could anyone help me on this please? Many thanks.

Did you have the router installed (with the instruction) or a technician?
Is the antenna socket with 2 or 3 connections?
have a look at the menu from the cable router and post a pic of the signal.

Just as a quick update. I've tried everything even factory reset, unfortunately it's still not working. I went to the Vodafone shop twice but they just directed me to the hotline. While on the hotline, they suggested me post here again.
After a whole month without internet, and trying all different method to contact Vodafone, I need to say I'm really frustrated now. The whole experience feels like a nightmare.
I hope someone here can give me support asap.
