I have moved to another city and there is no Vodafone Kabel at my new address.

How can I cancel my contract? Can I make it via email, send you the new address and all details or it must be by post and the letter sent to a certain address.

What about the router? I have found a Rücksendeadresse. Should I send it there? Do I receive the money back for it?

you need to report a move. Vodafone will check if the new address is available. If it is not, it will be cancelled in accordance with the Telecommunications Act. If the contract can still be used, it will not be terminated.

Report your move using the move form.

thanks for your reply. I couldnt find the form you mention.

Can you tell me the name in german? The link you sent has a lof of windows and i do not know what is the correct form.
