WLAN HotSpot, GigaTV termination

Hi!

The main question: how can I terminate WLAN HotSpot service? I can't find any link or button or anything else how can I cancel it.

Also, would be nice to cancel Gigatv app subscription since I don't use it.

Hi Vasya,

you can easily send the cancellation via the contact form. Please enter "Ich möchte kündigen" in the question window. Then choose "Kabel-Vertrag" and then "Haupt-Vertrag kündigen". In the next step you take the point "Ich möchte den Vertrag ordentlich zum Vertragsende kündigen" and then the link to the "Kontaktformular". Please check it out.
