I need to cancel my contract because I am moving to a place where there's already another Vodafone subscription. How does the process work? The personal area in MeinVodafone is very confusing and not intuitive at all. Thanks in advance

you've come to the right place.
In this case we can terminate the contract with a period of 3 months starting from the day of the move. Please send me your customer number, name, date of birth, old and new address in a private message.
