Hello
Payment/Rechnung ***. Why was the amount taken twice? We normally pay 39.98 Euros per month, but on 22nd June 60.98 Euros was debited. Please explain why was this done.

Dear Stephan,
I got charged for July Euro 73,09 .
So May Invoice was 39,98
June INvoice was 60,98
July INvoice was 73,09 (as per the invoice attached)
Can you please advise why there is an increase in July invoice by 13,09 Euro? Will vodafone keep charging me extra every month?
Please check and revert as I am not getting a clear support.

Hey Christaline,
you already do have the solution in your hands - just open the invoice from July 2020. You will find a detailed summary in there why there was a 73,09 Euro bill. Just check the individual positions on this invoice with your contract / initial Contract Confirmation.

It will probably be the case that the June invoice only calculated the increase from the 13th month for half a month, since it has already been written that the discount ran until mid-June and the full increase is now calculated.
But please have a look at your invoice, each item is listed there individually. You have been advised this several times, including by the moderators.

I do not understand what is in the bill as it is all in Deutsch and that is why I came to you asking for help and sending you all the details and the invoice. I am sure you understand and hence as a service provider can you tell me why there is a difference and why I am charged 73,09 in July?

Dear Torsten,
If I would understand deutsch and could read the bill I would not ask you for help. The reason I sent all the last 3 bills to you and asking you as a service provider to tell me why there is difference means I as a customer need help to understand. Due to the social distancing I am unable to take help even from my colleagues as I am at home office. I will try to catch hold of my deutsch speaking colleagues and check with them in the coming days but I expected help from you as a service provider and that you are charging me for this.

he monthly costs for your contracts amount to 74,98 €. Until 13th of June 2020 you still had the reduced price.

Thank you Tina for your reply. I do not understand what is in the bill as I do not speak Deutsch. I will check again on this with my colleage when I see them next and if any issue will revert.
Hope there were no additional charges of products added other than just the home internet and tv.

Hi,
these are only the monthly basic costs. There are 4 items on the invoice. Internet & telephone, cable connection, GigaTV and a combination discount.
The Internet & Telephone contract and GigaTV were discounted by 30 Euro and 5 Euro respectively for the first 12 months. These 35 euros explain the difference of 39.98 euros to 73.09 euros, taking into account the current VAT reduction.
