Internet outages in kindsbach

my internet keeps constantly dropping out when I try to submit a fault ticket it tells me my internet is good. There is a red light on my router. I live in kindsbach could someone please contact me, I do not speak German I apologize.

how long has the malfunction existed and how are your devices connected to the router, via LAN or W-LAN?
