Dear whom will consider this problem,
The technician came to my apartment last Friday (23.Nov) but, he said he cannot install internet connection because, there has no instrument for connecting cable in my "keller".
So, he said Vodafone will make an new appointment for me and someone will visit my apartment again within 1~2 weeks.
If you can give me an exact date to visit for installation it will be really helpful for me and my family.
And, also if you can tell me how to change the contract it will be also really great.
