Goodmorning, my name is Christian spiga, Kunden-Nr. XXX,.
I request an upgrade of the line to 1000Mbit using the MeinVodafone Portal, seems that i do all correctly, because after i accept the new conditions, he said "Ok now your request will be processed", but i never receive a confirmation by mail or something else.
Usually how long it take an upgrade?

the tariff change is already done. The change became effective yesterday.
