IBAN Change to a non German Bank Account

Dear All,

I would like to change my bank details to a french bank account. I can not do it online IBAN are accepted. When I enter, the IBAN, the 27 digits of my IBAN 22 appears in the confirmation page. (IBAN seems to have 22 digits)

French bank account?

If yes how to change it?
