I want to cancel my contract

I want to cancel my contract as i am planning to go back from Germany. Could you please take care this is my official communition of contract cancellation. i have tried to convey the same with Vodafone customer service. but i get into only German speaking person.

Hi Madhan!

If you go back to your country, then you've a special right of cancellation. To do this, you must send a proof such as flight tickets or deregistration from the citizens' office to Vodafone by post. Send it include a cover-letter to:

I do not have any flights to the country which i want to travel, i have already visited to discuss this issue with Vodafone customer service near kaufbeuren, but they have answered that since i took this connection in Online, i should contact through only online service. 

Is it to possible to make my request from your side and do the contract cancellation ? right now i don't have any flights between Germany to India. My company is asking me to travel back due to COVID situation.

What you need is a proof! Without a proof, it isn't possible and you must send this proof by post to Vodafone.

ok thanks, i am not clear with the following things. 

Should i need to send the vodafone box along with the proof?
It will be helpful could you please tell me the complete procedure to cancel my contract?
Also, please tell me what should be written in the cover letter
Please also share complete address where to send this cover letter along with the proof.

Yes it is related to DSL, Cable and want to end the contract as i moving out from Germany.

Hi @Madhan,

As @bd0rk already mentioned, you'll have a special termination right (TKG § 46, subparagraph 8 ) when you move back to India. But you have to pay further three month (starting with your move from Germany). Send also a copy of your "Abmeldebstätigung" (deregistration certificate) as @bd0rk mentioned.

The hardware (e.g. router) you have to send back after the termination within 14 days.
