I continue to be charged after DSL contract takeover

Hello,

 

I left the old apartment at the middle of August. With the new tenant I have signed and sent a request of contract takeover. From MeinVodafone I can see that the request has been executed the 22.09.2020.

Two days ago Vodafone charged me for 6.82 Euro withouth any reason.

Can you please explain me why?

thanks for your message. The bill is a bit confusing. I'm sorry. I'd be happy to explain.

 

The billing cycle (17th of one month to 18th of the next month) is always the same. So are the debit dates.

 

In your case it is the final invoice for the period from 17.09.2020 - 22.09.2020. On the 22nd the contract was transferred to the new customer. For this time you still pay the basic fee. The invoice was created on 22.10.2020 and was recently debited from your account.

 

So far everything is in order. Does my explanation help you?

All fees incurred up to September 22nd, 2020 will of course still be charged to you. Please see the invoice, everything is detailed there.
