Hi!
I would like to cancel my internet contract since I moved back to my home country, and I currently don't rent any property in Germany.
I tried to cancel it by going to one of your stores while I was still in Germany, but they told me to do it online. I sent multiple emails to your services, but they redirected me here.
Please tell me about the right procedure for cancelation.

Also, I would like to cancel my phone services as well if it is possible.
