have you looked at the customer portal? there it should be possible, if it is not a fixed part of the contract, but only an option.

Unfortunately it is not there (or I cannot find it).
A month ago you could find a way to do it in https://kabel.vodafone.de/kontakt/formular but that is not working anymore.

not the contact form, but your customer portal. Where you have access to your contract, invoices etc..

I can see it there but I cannot cancel it there. There is no such option.

I did send a regular letter with a cencelation request. That seem to have worked.

Hi Udin,
the notice was processed and also confirmed on 16.04.2019 by mail. HD Premium therefore ends on 15.05.2019.
