Hello. Sorry, but due to my incapability of German language, I'd like to have customer support in English concerning the termination of my contract: since I moved to a new apartment and your company's service is not available in my new room, I'd like to terminate the contract.
I've already called the centre a couple of times but no one so far spoke English and couldn't make it. So please help....

I couldn't find such a letter in my portal.

are you logged in or registered? Is the contract added? Please take a closer look for yourself. I can't explain every step in this process, I don't have an account here to recreate it.
