Dear customer service and community,
recently we moved in a new house where Vodafone connection is not available. The customer service told us to send an email for the termination. After one month we called again and they told us to wait for a communication from vodafone via post. Unfortunately, up to now we are not receiving any communication.
Is there an English Customer Service available or someone in the Forum who can help?

unfortunately, we have not yet received a letter. Where did you send it to?
I have now processed the termination notice according to the Telecommunications Act. This says that you still have to pay the contract for 3 months. You will get a written confirmation within the next days.
