Hi, sorry my english is not good enough for this question.
So, I signed up for a Gigacube in spring, but we moved and wanted cable. I called the customer service and did that say I could transfer that instead of the gigacube. So far so good, we've got the cable set up and it's all good. However, I am getting charges for GigaCube. And I am afraid that the person I talked to did not fully understand that we wanted to close our Gigacube deal and get the cable instead. He did say it was not a problem and that i should not worry. Can anybody help here?
