Hello there!

I'm experiencing a very slow internet connection from this morning. I have a 100Mbps plan, but I'm hardly getting 10-15Mbps, and sometimes in Kbps. Can someone please look into this?

do you use your own cable router or the rental equipment?

Approximately how long has the malfunction existed?

Is the malfunction permanent or only during certain times?
