Hi,
I would like to know how to proceed in order to cancel my current Kabel-Internet contract (Red Internet & Phone Young 100 Cable), since in October I am moving to a new apartment that already has internet service included. I am aware that my contract ends in December 2021 but due to unexpected circumstances I have to move out at short notice and I cannot keep the internet service for the whole period.

what exactly does it mean that Internet is already included in the new apartment? Will the connection in the new apartment also run over us?

Thank you for your reply.
The new apartment already has Vodafone internet service installed and running.
That is why unfortunately I cannot just move my current service and products to the new place. Am I clear?

In this case, it is possible to terminate the contract as a gesture of goodwill with a period of 3 months from the date of the move. So that I can check it more exactly, please send me the following data by private message:
- Customer number
- Name
- Date of birth
- current address
- Relocation date
- new address
- Contract partner at the new address.
Write a short note here in the thread when you have sent the PM.
