Hello, I have regularly closed my kabel contract on 13th June 2019. I have received an invoice of -20,99 euros for the period 13-30th June (because I paid in advance the full month of June). The invoice is dated 19th of June, but till today (14th of July) I haven't received back these 20,99 euros.
