Dear customer service,
Currently, I do not need a high speed internet connection at home.
Therefore I would kindly ask you to downgrade my cable internet speed to 100mbit/s (from 500mbit/s).
I was assured that it is completely possible at any time when I was signing my contract.
However, I spent quite some time trying to do it. Your hotline support was constantly busy and asking for help in the customer service was not an option either (some new private information protection law).
