Hello, my name is XXX. I am a customer of Vodafone Kabel Deutschland. I made a contract for a Vodafone WIFI box in October 2019. In December 2019 when I was moving to my present accommodation, a Vodafone Customer Care Representative advised me to return the WIFI box and get a new one which was on a promotion offer. I returned it and got the new WIFI box, which I am still using up till now. They entered me into another contract promising to cancel the first one. The problem now is that they failed to close the first contract and so they are biiling me from both contract accounts. Please I want this problem resolved. I have called several units and they have kept referring me to another unit, giving me a different phone number to call and it is a big difficulty for me to call through because I don't understand Deutsch yet. I want the money deducted in connection with the first contract account refunded and the contract closed.

Please, I noticed that you people still deducted 19.99 Euros from each of the two accounts (*** and ***) just on 15th of this June, 2020. Why? Why did you bill me double again? Does it mean you did not cancel the first account as you promised, after all?
This time around, you've got to refund me 19.99 Euros because you had already promised to close the first account before this debit. What is happening? I am not happy the way you people are stealing my money. I will take it up with you if you don't stop this stealing. What a nonesense. Please stop this rubbish now before I lose my temper. I'm waitiing.

Have you seen my message? The double billing is still going on, and this is after you promised in this mesage I am replying now, to close the first account. This is now getting me very angry. You cannot be slashing my money like this and expect me to be happy. If you were in my shoes, would you be happy? Could you just stop this double billing for goodness sake?

Hello Admin,
Your colleague, Thomas promised on 3rd of this June, 2020 to close my account (***) to stop the double billing I complained about. However, on 15th of this June, 2020 I was still billed double. Yesterday 17th June, 2020 I wrote him a private chat reminding him to close the account but up till now, he has not replied and the account is still active because I just accessed it now before typing this message.
May I crave your indulgence to use your good office to close that account and hence stop biiling me double. Your continuous refusal to close the account may eventually drag us into a legal battle one day. You should not expect me to be happy seeing you slash my money every month just like that. I'm waiting.

please stop posting your personal data in a public forum and don't write private messages unless you have been asked to do so.
The order to terminate the old contract had unfortunately not yet taken place. I've taken another stab at this, so this contract is terminated. You will also receive a written confirmation.
